Are there per-user or per-seat fees?
No. The platform fee covers unlimited users. You only pay for infrastructure costs (LLM API usage, hosting) which scale with actual usage.
What does "on demand" mean for integrations?
Every business has unique tools and workflows. We scope custom integrations — JIRA, Salesforce, Zendesk, ERPs — and quote based on complexity. Most integrations take 1–2 weeks.
Can I start self-hosted and switch to managed later?
Yes. The platform is designed to be portable. You can start on your infrastructure and move to our managed hosting anytime — or the other way around.
How fast can we go live?
Most deployments go from kickoff to production in under a week. Complex integrations may take 2–3 weeks. We've never needed more than a month.
What happens after the one-year maintenance period?
You can renew the maintenance plan or continue self-managing. The platform is yours — there's no kill switch or forced renewal.
