From custom software to AI
We started in 2011 as a team of four engineers solving hard problems with custom software. Over 13 years, we grew to 60+ specialists — building business-critical systems for airlines, energy companies, telecoms, and insurers across Europe.
When we saw what AI could do for our clients' operations, we didn't bolt on a chatbot widget. We built a platform from the ground up — designed for enterprise data, on-premise deployment, and real business workflows. That became Mitigate AI Services.
