Essentially, it's like the original chatbot where you can write and find information, but it's even easier to locate the perfect product you're searching for. For instance, if your company has a website selling a wide range of items, from soap to perfumes, imagine it's December and a client needs to find gifts but doesn't know where to begin. With the e-commerce chatbot, it's incredibly fast and easy. The client simply types what they're looking for, like "affordable, good quality, pink bath bombs," and that's it, the e-commerce chatbot will find it and will suggest some products by analyzing client information. Just click on the product and that is it.


Stepping one leg into internal communication, I wanted to discuss the third product that we are offering. Well, it’s more or less the same features, but it’s more like an assistant that not only creates answers like a chatbot but also helps to find the right colleague who is responsible for the project. You may have the question, “Why do I need this? I can do it manually.” Well, yes, you can do it manually, but it would be nice if your JIRA ticket would be automatically forwarded to the right person, am I right? And if you received an email from a client, you already have an email draft answer ready to send to the client. You may ask, what is this product? Well, it's an AI Agent that is built to help companies automate their work.


It’s not like an AI Agent is stealing your job, but it helps you to do things faster and more proactively. The AI agent can be added everywhere you would like, in the JIRA system, in emails, on websites, in any program or platform you would like.The best part is that the chatbot and AI Agent are in one platform - Mitigate AI Platform.

The benefits are better than “I can do it by myself" or “I can use Gemini or ChatGPT and it will do the same thing with the email answers.” Yes, you can do it, but you would need to fill in all necessary information about the case, about the company, and about what you want to do or ask what you can do. You would need to share confidential information to get the best answer, but is it legal? I don’t think so, because when you are using an AI agent, all information will stay on your platform. The security is very high level, and there is no chance that your confidential information will be collected in some random AI chat.
